Men's Monthly

Men's Monthly is a peer support group, not therapy and not a lecture. We sit down together for a couple of hours and talk about what's actually going on — work, family, health, money, grief, whatever's on top that month.

You don't have to say a word. Plenty of men come for months and mostly listen, and that's a perfectly good way to be there.

It's run by volunteers, several of whom came along first as participants. What's said in the room stays in the room, we don't talk over each other, and nobody is there to fix you.

Turn up on the last Thursday of the month at 7:30pm. If walking into a room of strangers feels like too much, message us first and one of us will meet you at the door.
